Here is a great article that shows how changing the way you
think about things changes the way you deal with them...
Help Is On The Way: Call In The Thought Police
We're all grownups here, right? How hard can it be to be a
functional adult? Then why do we struggle so? Depression and
anxiety disorders are epidemic in our society. Stress-related
health problems threaten the quality and span of our lives.
Alcoholism and drug addiction touch many of our lives and to me
reflect our attempts to find release or escape from pressure and
our failure to thrive.
Are we even built to withstand the strain of our increasingly
mechanized world? We adapt but at what cost? People move from
job to job, from state to state, weakening the fabric of
community and family ties. We are increasingly forced to rely on
our own internal resources and have a limited repertoire of
mental and emotional strategies to draw from. Our "emotional
intelligence" may not be up to processing and resolving the
myriad of challenges we face, especially when it comes to our
relationships.
What if relief was as easy as changing our thoughts?
Neuroscience is proving what Norman Vincent Peale posited in The
Power of Positive Thinking. We become physically addicted to
emotional states. Therein lies the power of negative thinking.
We reinforce neuro-pathways by repetition of thoughts and
associations so that we automatically switch on self-destructive
tapes. We feel resentment, anger, hurt, hopelessness and fear,
often unnecessarily. Many painful emotions are related to
injuries incurred in childhood and are re-experienced through
the hardwired perception of the immature mind we inhabited as a
child. By retraining our conscious mind, we can choose to put a
different spin on our perception of events, emotions and the
behavior of others.
The Buddhists believe that it takes 100,000 repetitions for any
new skill or idea to take hold. Undo established negatives by
eliminating every "should, "have to", "always" and "never" from
our vocabulary. Listen for other rigid, fixed ideas that
preclude seeing events in a dynamic, liberating way. By
challenging these carryovers from the past we can rewrite our
history from the perspective of the empowered adult. We then
create the space to realize that we have all the resources to
overcome life's obstacles. In time, and with many repetitions,
we change our thoughts and our lives.

Healing All Diseases With Thoughts And Feelings
Many people don't understand the true origin of sickness
and disease. In the following article, author Enoch Tan
explains how we can help ourselves...
Healing All Diseases With Thoughts And Feelings
You can only heal the body by healing the consciousness.
All diseases originates from within, and therefore can only
be healed from within. Medicine only facilitates healing
but it does not heal. What matters is not the medicine, but
rather how you think of it. All disease that manifests in
the outer, physical body has arisen from within the
conscious or subconscious mind. They are the effects of
your thoughts and feelings.
Stress is the main cause of "dis-ease" which results in a
lack of ease in the mind and body. If you experience stress
in your consciousness with your thoughts and emotions, it
will manifest in your physical body in some way. Worry
causes stress. If you worry about your health, you will
remain unhealthy and your health will worsen. You do not
have to make yourself healthy because health is your
natural state.
Your beliefs affect what your consciousness allows to
manifest in your physical reality. If you believe you can
"catch a disease" such as a cold, you will catch it. If you
know that you cannot catch a cold or flu no matter where
you go or who you are exposed to, then you never do. This
understanding gives you the power to enter into any place
that has the presence of disease without fear of
contracting any of it because you know it can't attach
itself onto you without your consciousness allowing it.
When you take a medicine with the mindset of "I have a
disease and therefore I am taking this medicine for it",
the medicine reinforces the disease. When you take a
medicine while thinking about the disease you are hoping to
cure, you are attracting more of the same. But if you
believe that taking the medicine will cure you, it will.
This is how the placebo effect works. It is not the
substance contained in the medicine that brings about the
"cure", but the belief that it will cure you.
The term given to this effect is "eucharist" which means
saying grace. A eucharistic act is the act of eating or
drinking something while associating it with a positive
thought. The substance being eaten or drunk is of no
importance, but a thought with a corresponding action
serves to reinforce the thought and give it more power.
That is why saying grace and giving thanks for the food
that you eat actually causes it to have a positive effect
upon your body.
When medicine is taken with unhealthy thoughts, the
negative eucharistic effect reinforces and perpetuates the
disease. You can avoid becoming ill in the first place by
thinking only healthy thoughts, and thoughts conducive to
remaining healthy. If you do contract a disease, know and
think beyond all doubt that you are in perfect health and
feel the positive emotions of joy, happiness and gratitude
associated with it.
If you get a headache, or sneeze, or feel uncomfortable in
any other way, do not think that you are falling sick or
similar thoughts. Instead think about how well you feel,
and do anything to keep your emotions and vibrations high.
Sing or play your favorite song. Do something that makes
you feel joyful. Diseases are low vibration and positive
feelings of high vibration will repel them out of
existence. Disease cannot exist in a body that is in a high
emotional state.
A disease is an unrest. You need to put yourself in a state
of rest for healing to occur. Stop doing things that take
too much of your energy. Do something relaxing. Do
something that allows energy to flow into you rather than
away from you. Give yourself plenty of rest and your body
will recover much faster. More importantly, take your mind
of things that are intense, but allow your mind to rest as
well. Relax in what you are doing and enjoy it. You will
find that it becomes relaxing instead of stressful.
Know, beyond all doubt that you are in perfect health, and
that you have the power to remain in perfect health without
the need to consume any artificially created cures. Your
doctor will be amazed when you are no longer "ill" but are
in perfect health. He will attribute it to the medicine or
even a "miracle", but you will know the truth. The truth is
there is not one single ailment, illness or disease in
existence that cannot be healed using the power of the
Mind. Not one.
Everyone has an etheric field of energy that emanates from
their physical bodies. It is also the health aura of their
being. When their etheric field strength is low, it enables
negative energy to enter and affect the physical body.
Always be aware of how you are feeling because that is the
strength of your etheric energy field. Never allow your
emotions to be too low for too long. When you keep
projecting a strong positive energy field, you are
invulnerable to negative energetic attacks of sickness and
disease.
When your consciousness and vibrations are stronger than
your environment, you will find yourself affecting those
around you instead of being affected by them. When you step
into the presence of the sick and dying, instead of
contracting their sickness, they will contract your energy
of life and strength. They become healed by the mental
atmosphere and positive energy that you are projecting.
From now on know only perfect health, and if you do think
you are "going down with something", immediately reject
those thoughts, and affirm to yourself your perfect health,
and know it is impossible to become "ill" and that will be
your reality. Never think thoughts of disease, sickness or
illness. In fact get those words out of your mind and don't
even use them as descriptions. Think only in terms of
energy, vibrancy, strength, freedom and liveliness.

The Key To A Problem-Free Life
Check out this excellent article...
What comes to your mind when you see someone who has a perpetual smile on her face and always looks at things on the bright side? Do you wish you could strangle that
person or do you wonder how she accomplishes looking peaceful and without a care in the world.
Well, I'd hope that once you get past the wanting to strangle the person,
you'd ask yourself what it is that makes that person tick the way she does… I'd venture to guess that the person leads a problem-free life! Am I saying that this person doesn't face challenges and obstacles?
Absolutely not! It's all about how she perceives these challenges and the
thought process she applies. Have I sparked your interest?!
Well, I don't want to mislead you either… A problem-free life doesn't mean that you won't still face problems or challenges. The key to a problem-free life is entirely
related to how you deal with the challenges that enter your path.
It's really all about choices when it comes to handling a problem. Here are some of the steps I recommend to "tackling problems" and creating a problem-free life:
1. Decide that you are not your problems.
-Make a decision to not let the situation rent space in your head.
2. Don't react, instead respond by:
-Not taking on other people's problems. Yes, this includes your family and friends!
-Don't be afraid to say No. You can't fix everything in the world. Other people need to learn their own lessons. It can be hard to teach your spouse and children initially. Just stick to it!
-Writing out your thoughts about the situation. Has this "problem" entered your life before? How have you handled the situation in the past? If you haven't, why not?
-Knowing that living in crisis mode has become quite the norm in today's world. You might think that your life becomes boring without constantly coming to the rescue.
However, believe me on this one – there are plenty of wonderful things that will take that space…
3. Think about an immediate and long-term solution. Focus on what this situation can bring to your life versus being caught in the moment.
-There could be a wonderful learning lesson in the situation. If you can detach yourself from the momentum the situation has created, the lesson will typically appear.
4. And finally – remind yourself that you have the skills to deal with any situation! You wouldn't be dealt this situation if you couldn't handle it!
Remember – a problem-free life is only a decision away… I hope you make that decision today! I know that you may be reading the above and saying that it all sounds good in
theory. However, when the situations arise, you just can't follow through. My suggestion to you is that you start with "small problems" initially until you get more comfortable with your new approach. It does work!

Begin With Today
No matter where you are in your career, today is a brand new day.
It does not matter how many jobs or gaps you have on your resume.
It does not matter whether you once led a big project that failed
or went nowhere. It does not matter if you tell yourself
regularly that you should be somewhere else in your career rather
than where you are right now. Today is a brand new day.
We all have something in our career that we wished we would have
done differently. Maybe you blew an interview. Maybe someone at
work sidelined you. Maybe you should have spoken up more--or
less. Objectively we know that everyone makes mistakes, but
sometimes, inside, we cannot let go of what we perceive as
failure. Every great leader has failed sometime in their career.
It's not important how you fall, but how you pick yourself back
up.
So How Do You Begin With Today? Follow These Steps Below.
1. Make Peace With Your Past
Rather than focus on how the past has harmed you, focus on how
the past has taken you to where you are today. The project that
went nowhere may have taught you to plan more or to be more
assertive. The multiple jobs on your resume may have taught you
to stay put and not leave when things get tough. The co-worker
that sidelined you may have taught you to showcase your work
better and expand your network. You have learned valuable lessons
from every mistake you have made. You are a better person because
of them.
2. Decide What You Want
Once you have made peace with your past, you have a clean slate.
What do you want to do with yours? Do you want a new job? Do you
want a new career? Do you want to make more money? You can do
anything you want if you put your mind to it. The only person who
is keeping you from these things is you. Decide that you want
something more and you can have it. Decide that today is the day
that you will turnaround your career.
3. Start Where You Are Now
Begin with today-it's what you have in front of you. Go after
what you want because not doing so is keeping you from unleashing
the true person that is inside you.
Take out a piece of paper and write down what you want. Then,
break what you want into steps. Prioritize your steps and then
put them into your calendar. Work on one step at a time. Focus on
the future and making what you want a reality. Look forward
rather than back because what's behind you is over. Start where
you are right now which is the best place to begin.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might
as well be a life you love!

Here's to Life!
David
For example...
Did you know you can drive a free new car? Imagine if you didn't have to make a car payment every month!
There are several companies that will provide you with a free car, or pay you to drive your own car, if you are willing to provide advertising on the car. Programs to get on the list start at about $30 per year, and the one listed in the link below has a full money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Where's the risk in that?
If you do a lot of driving, companies with LARGE advertising budgets are looking for you! For these companies, paying you $300 or $400 per month for your vehicle is cheap advertising!
